What formats do you offer?

What Equipment do I need to use the designs?
These are machine embroidery designs. You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer the designs to a blank memory card or your embroidery machine.
Are designs manually punched?
Yes, all my designs are manually punched to provide you with the highest quality design. My commitment to you as a customer is to provide you high quality designs and consequently, no designs that I product are autodigitised.
How are my designs delivered?
After your payment, you can download your designs.
Note: All designs will always be available in your Download Center.
Designs can be re-downloaded at no additional charge.
They can be downloaded as often as you like !
There are two ways to receive designs.
Go to "My Account" -> "Download Center" to see all designs in your download centre.
1. Download - The design can be downloaded immediately to your computer. This is the fastest and easiest way to receive a design. Click "Download" and follow the steps to save the design in your computer. Be sure to save the design in a folder that will be easy to remember.
2. Email - The design can be emailed as an attachment. Click "Email" to have the design delivered to the email address listed in your account information.
What is your refund policy?
We strive for our customer's complete satisfaction and we will do whatever it takes ensure that each of our customers is satisfied with the quality of our embroidery designs.
Due to the nature of embroidery software, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Please, before placing an order, try at least one of our free designs to see our quality and check your capabilities.
Each of the embroidery designs that we offer on our site have been hand digitized by experienced professionals.
All designs have been test stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale.
However, we will provide unlimited technical support if you encounter any problems.

and are intended for the exclusive and personal use of the individual purchasing them.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of these products or any portion of it, by email, diskette, CD or machine card, or by any other means, to any third party is strictly prohibited.
These designs may be used in the production of goods for resale by an individual or home business on up to 120 items a year.
